ActivMedic Terms and Conditions

Providers, organizations, vehicle owners, and medics operate as independent entities. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture with Activ Life Limited.

Providers must maintain all required licenses, professional qualifications, insurance, and regulatory approvals in each operating jurisdiction. Platform participation is conditioned on ongoing compliance and truthful profile information.

All clinical assessment, treatment decisions, transport execution, and patient outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the provider and medic team delivering care. Activ Life is not the treating medical entity.

Providers must maintain roadworthy vehicles, required equipment, in date consumables, trained staffing, and professional conduct. Serious incidents, data breaches, and safety complaints must be reported promptly through platform channels.

Accepting a request creates a service obligation unless cancellation is justified by legitimate clinical or operational grounds. Repeated unjustified cancellations, safety concerns, or compliance failures may trigger suspension or termination.

Service fees and commissions are applied according to published platform rules and provider agreements. Settlement timing, deductions, chargebacks, and dispute handling are governed by account and billing terms in effect at time of service.

Providers indemnify Activ Life against claims arising from provider operations, medical negligence, regulatory noncompliance, or breach of these Terms, except where prohibited by law or caused solely by Activ Life gross negligence or willful misconduct.
