What does my organization gain by registering on ActivMedic?▼
You get a single web portal to create and manage your organization, invite medics, register vehicles, handle inspections where required, and—once approved—receive work that originates on the ActivRescue patient app. You reduce duplicate tools and give crews a mobile experience aligned with your roster.
Is ActivMedic the same as ActivRescue?▼
ActivRescue is the public-facing platform people use to request emergency and transport help. ActivMedic is the operator portal (and related medic tools) your organization uses to run fleet, staff, and dispatch on that same network.
How easy is onboarding for admins?▼
You sign up, create an organization profile, and submit any documents your jurisdiction requires. Status is visible in the dashboard so you know when you can add vehicles and invite medics at full capacity. Day-to-day tasks are grouped in the sidebar—Overview, Medics, Ambulances, and so on—without hunting through unrelated menus.
How do medics join?▼
Admins send email invites. Medics create their account, complete any steps your org requires, and use the mobile app for online status, map, emergencies, and transport. You control membership status from the Medics page.
What about vehicles and inspections?▼
You add ambulances with details and photos. Depending on policy, vehicles may need platform or partner inspection before they are fully active. You can track inspection requests to partner centers from the dashboard.
Will we get more requests if we join?▼
Joining connects you to demand from ActivRescue where your region and deployment support it. Volume depends on coverage area, fleet size, and how often you are available—not guaranteed by the software alone.
Is there a cost for organizations?▼
Commercial terms vary by rollout, country, and contract. Use the signup flow and any materials from your ActivRescue contact for current pricing. Some features (e.g. wallet or invoicing) only appear when enabled for your org.
How does billing work for trips?▼
When enabled, the platform may support consumer payment, org wallets, or sponsor billing. Exact behavior depends on your country’s configuration and your organization type. Your admin dashboard shows what is active for you.
Can we use ActivMedic without the patient app?▼
The value of registration is the linked ecosystem: patients request through ActivRescue; your medics respond through ActivMedic. Standalone use without network connectivity is not the primary product design.
Who approves our organization?▼
Platform superadmins review new organizations against policy. Until approved, some actions may be limited. You will see status (e.g. pending, reviewing, active) on your overview and organization pages.
