How ActivRescue collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data

ActivRescue may process account details, contact data, live and historical location data, request and dispatch records, payment metadata, support communications, and incident related medical context submitted by users.

Purpose of processing

Data is processed to create and manage accounts, route requests to providers, support emergency coordination, process payments, prevent fraud, improve reliability, comply with law, and handle user support.

Legal basis and consent

Processing is performed under contract necessity, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and where required explicit user consent. Health related information is processed only as needed for transport service delivery and safety.

Sharing and recipients

Data may be shared with assigned providers, payment processors, communications vendors, cloud infrastructure partners, auditors, and regulators when required. ActivRescue does not sell personal data for third party advertising.
